As teachers who also work full time, we know how hard it is to commit to a week-long retreat. So we designed a 3-day immersion: enough time to truly arrive, practise, and leave feeling different.
A light-filled bespoke yoga loft with underfloor heating, exposed oak beams, stone walls, and full-length mirrors. Built for practice.
The whole property is yours. Heated pool, three terraces, hammocks, and chestnut groves. Swim between sessions or explore.
Every meal cooked for you using local Dordogne produce. No shopping, no cooking, no washing up. Just eat well.
Limited to 8 guests. Personal attention from both teachers, space to be yourself, and a group small enough to make connections.
Warmth, accessibility, and a genuine understanding of what it means to find your practice amidst a busy life. Olivia brings thoughtful sequencing and creates space for every student to feel at home on the mat.

The inversion queen. Claire brings infectious energy, playful sequencing, and a gift for making the impossible feel accessible. Together they create a space to explore your edge — and have a brilliant time doing it.
@claire_lou_94Dynamic, breath-led flow linking movement and breath. Builds strength, stamina, and focus. Expect creative sequencing with options at every level — challenge yourself or find a softer edge.
A 360-degree elemental practice that moves around the mat, targeting different muscle groups and energy lines. Playful, rhythmic, and deeply introspective — a style you won’t find in many studios.
Long-held, floor-based postures that work deep into the connective tissue and joints. Stillness that challenges the mind as much as the body. The perfect counterbalance to a dynamic morning practice.
Guided “yogic sleep” — a deeply restorative meditation practised lying down. One session is said to equal several hours of rest. The way you’ll want to end every day.
Nestled in Sauveterre-la-Lémance, on the border of two majestic rivers and surrounded by chestnut groves and fruit trees, The Yoga Loft is a place of genuine stillness.
A bespoke yoga studio with underfloor heating, a heated private pool, and beautiful natural grounds. Just an hour from Bergerac and Brive-la-Gaillarde airports, making it wonderfully accessible.
Morning and evening sessions designed to challenge, restore, and inspire — suitable for all levels.
Dedicated workshops with both teachers, including inversions and alignment deep-dives.
Locally sourced, beautifully prepared meals throughout your stay. Nourishing food to complement your practice.
Comfortable rooms at The Yoga Loft Retreat with the option of individual or shared accommodation.
Full access to the retreat's private pool and beautiful natural surroundings between sessions.
We have partnered with ActiveXplore Travel to fully financially protect your trip. Covered under UK Package Travel Regulations.

Yes — all guests must have their own travel insurance in place before the retreat. This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation. We’ll send a reminder when you book.
The retreat is designed for all levels, but yoga is a physical practice. When you book, we’ll send a short health questionnaire — similar to what you’d complete at a gym — so we can adapt sessions to any needs. If you have specific injuries or conditions, just let us know and we’ll work with you.
